How do I post on Facebook?
Pre-requisite: You must have an active Facebook account and an administrative role on your company's Business Page OR Group.
1. Once your campaign text and image are ready in AIction, select the Facebook icon.
2. Connect your Facebook account when prompted.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to publish your campaign directly to your Facebook Page.

How do I re-use a previous campaign brief?
You can easily create new campaigns using information from previous ones.
1. Navigate to ‘History/Reuse previous context’ in the main menu.
2. Find the campaign you want to use and click ‘Re-use’.
3. The campaign creation form will auto-populate with the previous information.
4. From here, you can edit the details to create a new campaign without starting from scratch.
What delivery options are available with AIction?
Once you have approved your campaign, you can deliver it in several ways:
• Email & SMS: Send your campaign directly to your customers via email or SMS*. This is ideal for businesses with customer contact lists, such as loyalty programs.
• Facebook: Post your campaign text and graphics directly to your company's Facebook Page. (See the 'Resources' section for detailed instructions).
• Manual Export: Copy the text or download the image for manual use. This is perfect for offline materials, in-house printing, or working with a third-party printer.
• Coming Soon: We are currently developing similar posting capabilities for LinkedIn and Instagram.
